The story
Why the studio exists.
NOVEMADE started the way most product studios actually start: with one app, then a second, then the realisation that the second one had re-solved every problem the first one had already solved. Store assets, release checklists, subscription plumbing, screenshots, analytics, privacy documents — all of it rebuilt from nothing, because nothing had been designed to be reused.
The studio is the answer to that. A shared production system sits underneath every product, so the work that is identical across products is done once, and the work that makes a product distinctive gets the time it deserves. That is the entire thesis, and this site is the evidence for it.
We are deliberately small. There is no account team and no sales pipeline, because there is nothing to sell you — the products are the business. When we do work with people outside the studio, it is as a partner, a publisher or an investor, not as a vendor.
How we work
A studio is judged by what it ships, not by what it says it does.

Ship the smallest honest thing
A product in closed testing is described as being in closed testing. Status badges on this site are accurate, including the unflattering ones.

Build the system, not the one-off
Creative production, release and measurement run through shared internal infrastructure, so the fifth product costs less to launch than the first.

Own the whole lifecycle
Design, engineering, release and growth sit in the same team. Nothing is thrown over a wall, because there is no wall.

Let each product be itself
A cozy puzzle game and a sprint-analysis tool should not look like siblings. The studio shell is deliberately neutral so each product can bring its own world.
