Technology

One system. Multiple products.

Our internal product infrastructure connects creative production, rendering, release and performance feedback, so a small team can run several products without running several processes.

The loop

  1. 01Create
  2. 02Build
  3. 03Review
  4. 04Publish
  5. 05Measure
  6. 06Learn

Every product runs this loop. The value is not any single step — it is that the fifth product inherits a working version of all six on the day it starts.

Capabilities

What the system actually does.

  • Shared creative production

Product marketing material is produced from each product’s own real assets through one pipeline, with per-product rules for tone, claims and what may never be said. A product can only ever render with its own material.

OutcomeA new product inherits a working creative pipeline on day one.

  • Isolation by default

Every product is fully isolated — its own configuration, assets and content history — and that isolation is covered by an automated regression test rather than a convention.

OutcomeNo product can leak into another’s output, and we can prove it.

  • Quality gates before release

Generated output passes automated gates before anything reaches a queue, including a check that every scene used real product material rather than a placeholder.

OutcomeNothing ships that we would not stand behind.

  • Human approval in the loop

The system prepares and proposes; a person approves. Publishing is never fully autonomous, by design.

    OutcomeScale without losing editorial control.

  • Measurement that feeds back

Release and performance signals return to the same place the work was produced, so what is learned on one product is available to the next.

OutcomeThe fifth launch is better informed than the first.

Boundary

What we do not publish

This page describes what our infrastructure does and what it produces. It does not describe how it is deployed. Hosts, endpoints, credentials, machine names, storage paths and security architecture stay private — not because they are interesting, but because publishing them would be careless. The public site and our internal systems share no credentials and no control path.

The proof is the products.

A production system is only worth describing if it produced something. Ours produced seven.
