KVKK Disclosure
Disclosure under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), for visitors in Türkiye.

NOVEMADE’s legal entity is being established. Until registration completes, this document names no registered company details, and the collaborate form is the channel for any request under it.
This disclosure is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), which requires a data controller to inform people about the processing of their personal data at the point it is collected. It sits alongside the privacy policy rather than replacing it, and the underlying practices are the same.
Data controller
NOVEMADE is the data controller. The studio’s legal entity is being established, and no registered company details are published here until that completes. This notice will be updated with the registered identity as soon as it exists.
What is processed, and why
If you send a message through the collaborate form, we process your identity and contact details (name, email address) and the content of your message, for the single purpose of reading and replying to you. Website measurement is anonymous and aggregate and does not identify you.
Legal grounds
Processing form submissions rests on your explicit request to be contacted and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about the studio, under Article 5 of the KVKK. Marketing email, if you opt in, rests on your separate and explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers
Our hosting and email delivery providers operate outside Türkiye, so data you send through this site is processed abroad. We use established providers that process data only on our instructions.
Your rights under Article 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed, and to request information if it is.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and to have that correction notified to third parties.
- To request deletion or destruction of your data where the grounds for processing no longer apply.
- To object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.
We hold very little, so these requests are usually straightforward to answer.
Commercial electronic messages
Sending us a message never signs you up for anything. Marketing email is a separate, optional checkbox that is off by default, and commercial electronic messages in Türkiye are managed through the İYS framework. You can withdraw consent at any time.
