What this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.

NOVEMADE’s legal entity is being established. Until registration completes, this document names no registered company details, and the collaborate form is the channel for any request under it.
This policy covers the NOVEMADE website only. Each product we publish has its own privacy information, listed in the product privacy index.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising, builds no profile of you and shares nothing with data brokers. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the collaborate form and choose to send.
What we collect
- Collaborate form: your name, email address, and whatever you write, plus the optional fields you fill in (company, role, website, stage, timeline, links). You provide all of it deliberately.
- Analytics: aggregate, anonymous measurements of which pages are visited and which demos are started. No cookie, no identifier, nothing that distinguishes you from another visitor.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request information, including IP address, for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify visitors.
Why we collect it
Form submissions exist so we can reply to you; the lawful basis is your request to be contacted. Analytics exists so we know whether the site works — which pages are read and whether people who start a demo finish it. Our legitimate interest in understanding that is narrow, and the measurement is anonymous, which is why it needs no consent banner.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data. There is no circumstance in which we would.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technology.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us a message. The newsletter checkbox is separate and off by default.
- We do not connect this website to our internal studio systems. They share no credentials and no control path.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests and keeps operational logs. Analytics is handled by a privacy-focused, cookieless provider that stores no personal data. Form submissions are delivered by an email service. These providers process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Analytics is aggregate and contains nothing to delete. Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention schedule.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how we use it. Because we hold very little, these requests are usually quick to answer.
