NOVEMADE’s legal entity is being established. Until registration completes, this document names no registered company details, and the collaborate form is the channel for any request under it.
These terms cover this website. Each NOVEMADE product has its own terms, presented in the product and on its store listing.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share anything here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it that are not public, or submit automated traffic to the collaborate form.
The demos
Demos under “Try” are provided so you can judge a product for yourself. They run in your browser, store no account and keep no progress. A demo is a demonstration, not a service — we may change or withdraw one at any time, and nothing in a demo is a commitment about the finished product.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep this site accurate, and we state product status honestly, including when something is unfinished. Even so, descriptions of products in development can change as the products do. Nothing here is a contractual promise about a future release date or feature.
Intellectual property
The NOVEMADE name, mark and the design of this site belong to NOVEMADE. Product names, icons and screenshots belong to their respective products. You may use our name and mark to refer to us factually — in an article or a link — without asking. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with something we are not.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
